After three days of tasting, the jury has made its choices. SMV is pleased to present to you all the winners of this 31th edition. Discover the producers who have won Grand Gold, Gold, Silver, and Jury Prize / Best of Show medals.
This year, SMV provides additional visibility to some award-winning wines through the SMV Top 30 2024 – SAQ. From October 16 to 30, 30 wines sold at the SAQ that received the highest ratings in the competition were featured on all La Presse platforms, in the form of advertisements leading to a dedicated page on our website. This initiative aims, among other things, to strengthen the recognition of the competition among Quebec consumers.

Since 2021, the Sélections Mondiales des Vins team has held its competition in Montreal, an effervescent Quebec metropolis whose openness to world wines, culinary expertise, creativity and major events are recognized worldwide.
In addition to being a great gastronomic and cosmopolitan city, Montreal will be an important asset for the recognition of the competition and its winning producers, both on the Canadian market and internationally.
Sélections Mondiales des Vins closely monitors fluctuating trends in the international wine market, particularly those that are attracting interest in North America.
By participating in the contest, producers have the opportunity to promote their wines and obtain a real-time portrait of the various North American wine markets.
