On May 23rd, as part of the Mondial des Pinots, a VINOFED member competition, Sélections Mondiales des Vins was invited to present, in collaboration with Vinea, a masterclass on Quebec ice wines and the Grain Noble Charter alongside the renowned Valais oenologist Marie-Thérèse Chappaz, creator of the Charter and internationally recognized for her noble grain wines in Valais.
During this special presentation, over 45 judges from the Mondial des Pinots also had the opportunity to discover the IGP method of Quebec ice wines, as well as participate in an exclusive tasting that delighted the participants, creating an exceptional moment.
This event marked an important step in the international recognition of Quebec ice wines, enhancing their prestige and reputation.
